Curated Works
Rushing River Design creates sculptural resin and mixed-media works inspired by the movement of water, the textures of wood, and the quiet power of nature. Each piece is handcrafted to explore depth, balance, and transformation — offering art that lives beautifully within a space.

Material & Process
Resin is my primary medium because of its fluidity, depth, and limitless possibility. I’m drawn to how it captures movement — echoing the natural rhythms of water, shoreline, and landscape.
By layering pigments, metallics, wood, and natural elements, I push the boundaries of what resin can express.

Michelle Wright
Before founding Rushing River Design, I spent more than three decades in municipal leadership, helping shape public spaces and community projects within Public Works, Parks & Recreation, and Community Development.
As an Assistant Public Works Director, I guided complex work from vision to completion. Today, I carry that same passion and love into my art—allowing each piece to unfold like water finding its path, shaped by patience, care, and a deep reverence for the natural beauty that connects us all.
